These terms describe the public use of vuve.eu and the vuve AI shopping advisor. By using the service, contacting us, or registering as a partner, you agree to use vuve lawfully and in line with these terms.

Service

vuve is an AI-powered price comparison and shopping advisor. Shoppers can describe needs in natural language and receive recommendations based on available catalog and offer information. Merchants can work with vuve to make catalog data discoverable through recommendations and embedded shopping assistance.

No direct sale by vuve

vuve may show product information, partner offers, outbound links, and recommendation explanations. Purchases are made with the relevant merchant, not with vuve. Prices, availability, delivery, warranty, returns, and checkout terms must be verified on the merchant site before purchase.

AI recommendations

AI-generated recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not replace independent judgement, professional advice, or the merchant's official product and checkout information.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, security checks, or account restrictions.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Only submit partner or catalog data that you are authorized to provide.

Partner participation

Partner onboarding, catalog publication, billing, and embedded advisor use may be subject to additional partner terms, review, and approval. Contact info@vuve.eu for commercial access.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, vuve is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, third-party merchant issues, or decisions made from AI-generated output without verification.
